Naturopathic Nutrition

What is Naturopathic Nutrition?

Naturopathic Nutrition takes its principles from looking at the whole person and establishing the ROOT cause of disease and not the treatment of ‘symptoms’.

How can Nutritional Therapy help you?

Naturopathic Nutrition involves the use of whole and organic foods as medicine.  It also uses the latest in Nutritional Science to promote health and prevent disease. Therapeutic protocols are then used to address the underlying root cause of disease, and harness the body’s innate ability to return to balance and health.

What to expect from your nutrition session:

Initial consultations will last for 60-90 minutes where full and detailed questions are asked about your health and body systems from birth, to date along with questions about diet and lifestyle to give an insight into all of the body’s systems and their functionality, this is to assess the triggers and drivers of symptoms, and look at the best way to support a move towards health.  You will also be asked about dietary habits, lifestyle, medication and supplementation use.

A personalised, scientific, nutritional plan will be emailed to you within 48 hours together with any professional grade supplementation recommendations or functional testing where applicable, together with lifestyle suggestions and strategies to ensure your journey back to health encompasses the WHOLE body, mind, spirit approach.
